📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging

🚚 Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (images/video).
